Amidst the many updates in the legal field, A&O Law has reinforced its commitment to staying ahead of
the curve by attending CREATE MORE Seminar: Making Investments Happen in PH hosted by the
Bureau of Investment (BO) last June 4 at Radisson Blu Hotel, Cebu City.
 
The seminar featured keynote presentations and panel discussions on RA 12066 otherwise known as
Corporate Recovery and Tax Incentives for Enterprises to Maximize Opportunities for Reinvigorating the
Economy (CREATE MORE). The speakers touched upon the amendments and incentives under the
said law and how to construe them with existing laws. They also touched on the Strategic Investment
Priority Plan (“SIPP”) for 2025 to 2027 and how it can develop the growing investment landscape in
Central Visayas.
